Having a colour?

To ensure we can provide your colour service, a valid patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Patch tests are free, just drop by the salon, and one of our stylists will be happy to do it for you. It only takes a couple of minutes!

Colour Service Deposit

A deposit is required for all colour services and will be deducted from your final bill. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows for colour appointments may result in the deposit being forfeited. If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted or, if we cannot proceed, treated as a late cancellation. By booking a colour service, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client and keep our team’s schedule running smoothly. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in charges or deposits being required for future bookings.
