Beautician/Nail Tech

The Role 

We are seeking a qualified Beautician (Level 2 or 3) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to a high standard and committed to ensuring every client leaves feeling their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality beauty treatments including:

  • Manicures and pedicures (including gel and BIAB)

  • Waxing

  • Eyebrow and eyelash treatments (tinting, shaping, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times

• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry

• Work collaboratively with the wider salon team to create a welcoming, professional atmosphere

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a salon/spa setting

• Strong technical skills in nail treatments, waxing, and lash/brow services

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences

• Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and participate in training where required

Hours and Availability:

• Part-time role (flexible hours)

• Must be available to work Saturdays and/or one evening per week (late night opening)
